Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms carefully.
1. The Offer: The KM Tech Premium Care plan (the "Plan") consists of a one-time, non-refundable payment of $30.00 USD. This payment entitles the purchaser to receive a single-use voucher for a 50% discount on one (1) future repair service offered by KM Tech Service LLC.
2. Validity Period: The discount voucher is valid for a period of six (6) months, commencing from the date of the Plan's purchase. The voucher will expire at 11:59 PM on the final day of the six-month period and will not be honored thereafter.
3. Scope of Discount: The 50% discount applies to the total cost of labor and parts for a single repair service. The discount is for one service and cannot be split across multiple services or devices. It cannot be applied to diagnostic fees, travel fees, or the purchase of accessories or devices.
4. Non-Transferable: The Plan and the associated discount voucher are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.
5. Single Use: The voucher is valid for one use only. Once redeemed for a service, it is considered fully used, regardless of the cost of the repair.
6. No Cash Value: The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a refund.
7. Combining Offers: This discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or coupons.
8. Service Area: All repairs are subject to our standard service area limitations. Please ensure your location is within our service area before booking a repair.
